Discovering My Strength✨

Over 39 years as a strength and conditioning coach, I've guided women through transformative journeys. Menopause challenged me with muscle loss, joint pain, meno belly double back fat and diminished confidence. This period revealed the importance of maintaining strength as we age and making small adjustments daily. Many women, like myself, often prioritise everyone else and neglect their own health. This can make exercise daunting, especially when past efforts haven't succeeded.

My story shows the power of valuing yourself and taking strategic steps towards self-care. I've learned that while inaction seems easier, it ultimately costs more. Prioritising yourself and fostering self-comfort leads to inevitable positive change.



Credibility factor: I've had the honour of training Olympic gold medalist Sally Gunnell and authored two books, "First Steps to Fitness" and "Your Personal Trainer," with a foreword by Sally. Additionally, my unique experiences as a body double for Madonna on her Blonde Ambition tour at Madame Tussauds, London, highlight my diverse expertise. Recently, I've become certified as a Menopause Coach through the Menopause Movement, enhancing my qualifications to support women through life's transitions.



Authority Stats: My expertise has been showcased in top publications like GQ and Vogue, and I’ve had the privilege of training elite athletes. Beyond these roles, I actively share my insights on podcasts and through empowering workshops such as "Time to Thrive," dedicated to helping women feel good in their own skin.
