I'm Ann Goodsell, a strength and conditioning coach with over 39 years of experience. I've had the honour to train Olympic gold medalist Sally Gunnell and authored two books, First steps to fitness and your personal trainer with one featuring a foreword by Sally. Additionally, I had the unique opportunity to body double for Madonna on her Blonde Ambition tour at Madame Tussaud’s, London.



I've transformed my personal journey through menopause into a passion for helping women like you. This path can be harsh and overwhelming—

I faced devastating, joint pain, weight gain, sleep deprivation, and a loss of confidence.

Using my extensive experience, I’ve designed a comprehensive blueprint to tackle these challenges. My programme is not about surviving menopause, it's about thriving.
