I'm Ann Goodsell, a strength and conditioning coach with over 39 years of experience. I've had the honour to train Olympic gold medalist Sally Gunnell and authored two books, First steps to fitness and your personal trainer with one featuring a foreword by Sally. Additionally, I had the unique opportunity to body double for Madonna on her Blonde Ambition tour at Madame Tussaud’s, London.
I've transformed my personal journey through menopause into a passion for helping women like you. This path can be harsh and overwhelming—
I faced devastating, joint pain, weight gain, sleep deprivation, and a loss of confidence.
Using my extensive experience, I’ve designed a comprehensive blueprint to tackle these challenges. My programme is not about surviving menopause, it's about thriving. Emerging stronger, fitter, and happier. It features five targeted, nurturing classes, built from the collective wisdom and transformation of the thousands of women I've been privileged to train. What a difference a couple of years of training with Ann has made to me. I’m post menopausal, just hit 70 and I can honestly say that both physically and mentally her exercise classes have made such a difference.
