Two confidence-building strength sessions each week — foundations and progression — with recovery built in. We build steady, everyday strength so you feel more capable, supported, and safe in your body.

A gentle class to loosen tight spots, move with more comfort, and breathe well. We finish with a few calm minutes of meditation and journaling — so you leave feeling lighter and more grounded.

Short, feel-good intervals that lift your energy without punishing your body. Menopause-aware cardio, pelvic health support, and quick brain-boost moments to keep you sharp.

Safer feet, steadier steps, more confidence. Balance training that supports everything else you do — posture, strength, and everyday movement.

"My life changed forever"
What a difference a couple of years of training with Ann has made to me. I’m post menopausal, just hit 70 and I can honestly say that both physically and mentally her exercise classes have made such a difference.
It was a relief to find somebody who specifically targets the older woman. And the classes are all on line so if you can’t make the actual class doing the on-demand is fantastic. I look forward to continuously training with you, bring it on.
Thank you Ann
Attends: strength training part 1+2 mobility, stretch, meditation wellbeing, cardio HIIT and balance training.

"Highly recommend this"
Have been training with Ann for four years now and have seen my strength and body image increase exponentially. This is not just a workout, this is about living your life at its best, being holistic about your self care and loving yourself. Ann brings everything to the table, and you walk away feeling energised and proud of yourself. I look forward to each and every session – especially knowing that Ann is preparing me to deal with the effects of menopause in the long run. Definitely recommend that you do the trial, you’ll likely stay for the fun…and the results.

From Menopause to Empowerment:
Discovering My Strength✨
For nearly four decades, I’ve worked as
a strength and conditioning coach, supporting women through all stages of life. Like many women, menopause brought unexpected challenges for me too — muscle loss, joint pain, reduced confidence, and a body that no longer felt familiar.
"What this experience taught me is simple but powerful: confidence comes first and strength follows".
I understand how easy it is to put yourself last, to feel unsure where to begin, or to lose belief in your body after past attempts haven’t worked. That’s why I created a gentle, structured approach that removes pressure and replaces it with clarity and reassurance.
Today, I help women rebuild confidence first, then strength — so they feel capable, supported, and at home in their bodies again.

Credibility factor: I've had the honour of training Olympic gold medalist Sally Gunnell and authored two books, "First Steps to Fitness" and "Your Personal Trainer," with a foreword by Sally. Additionally, my unique experiences as a body double for Madonna on her Blonde Ambition tour at Madame Tussauds, London, highlight my diverse expertise. Recently, I've become certified as a Menopause Coach through the Menopause Movement, enhancing my qualifications to support women through life's transitions.

You don’t need to work everything out on your own — or push yourself beyond what feels right. I guide you through a simple, confidence-first structure designed specifically for midlife women.
Each week, you’re supported by five targeted classes, each with a clear role in helping you feel stronger, more capable, and more at ease in your body.
There’s no guessing what to do, when to do it, or how hard to push. You simply show up — and I guide you.
Classes are available live or on-demand, so you can move in a way that fits your life, your energy, and your schedule.
Why this works (and feels different) This isn’t about chasing results or forcing motivation. It’s about building confidence first — and letting strength follow naturally.
If you’re feeling unsure, you’re not alone —
These answers will help you feel clear, safe and supported as you begin.
It’s a structured, confidence-first entry point to help you feel more in control of your body again. You’ll get simple steps, clear guidance, and a calm plan that builds consistency — the real foundation for results.
Yes. Everything is coached with options, so you can start where you are and build safely. You’ll never be “behind” here — you’ll be supported.
Because we’re all strong in some areas and shakier in others — and clarity is power. The tests help you see what’s working well and what needs support, so you can train smarter, protect your joints, and build confidence steadily.
You’re in the right place. We focus on control, form, and steady progress — no pressure and no shame. You’ll learn simple cues that keep you moving well, so you feel safer and more confident each session.
