With nearly four decades of coaching women — combined with my own menopause experience and the lived experience of my clients — I created the Five Targeted Classes™ System.

Experience & Credibility

Before creating the Five Targeted Classes™ System, my work spanned elite sport, publishing, and performance coaching.

I’ve had the honour of training Olympic gold medallist Sally Gunnell and authoring two books — First Steps to Fitness and Your Personal Trainer.

My career has included working behind the scenes in high-performance environments, including as a body double for Madonna’s Blonde Ambition tour at Madame Tussauds.

Most recently, I became certified as a Menopause Coach through The Menopause Movement — deepening my expertise in supporting women through this powerful life transition.

But today, my focus is simple:
